对喷丸表面的复杂轮廓特征进行分析和表征,选取最能表征表面形貌的三维粗糙度参数,并探究其与材料硬度之间的关系。采用相同的喷丸工艺参数对316、420、2205 3种不锈钢进行喷丸处理,采用27个常用粗糙度参数进行表征,通过方差分析,找出最优形貌参数Sq,再结合Sa进行多尺度分析,得出最优评价尺度均为800μm。测量3种材料的原始表面硬度,结合各自的Sq值进行分析。结果表明,Sq是最优表面形貌参数,其最能表征喷丸表面的复杂轮廓特征, Sq与原始硬度之间存在反比关系,随材料硬度的增加而减小。
Abstract:
To analyze and characterize the complex profile of shot peening surface, the three-dimensional roughness parameter was soled,which could best characterizes the surface morphology, and the relationship between the roughness parameters and the hardness of the material was explared. Three types of stainless steel (respectively 316, 420 and 2205) were shot under the same shot peening parameters. 27 commonly used three-dimensional roughness parameters were used to characterize the surface morphology.The optimal surface morphological parameter was selected by variance analysis. Then the optimal evaluation scal (800 μm)was idertitied bby multi-scale analysis combine with Sa.The conclusion that Sq was the optimal surface topography parameter,which best characterizes the complex contours of the shot peening surface. There was inverse relation between  Sq and the hardness of untreated raw material. With the hardness of the material increases, Sq decreases.
