准确的有限元模型对结构的动态设计至关重要,针对大型机械设备齿轮传动系统,提出了一种分层修正的有限元精确建模方法。首先将整体传动系统分解为子结构,以实验模态频率数据为目标值,基于响应面的有限元模型修正技术对子结构模型进行修正,并识别模型中的不确定参数。修正结果显示,修正后的频率接近于实验值,振型相关系数MAC值在0.84以上,表明参数识别的有效性以及有限元模型精度明显得到提高,验证了该基于分层修正思想的精确建模方法应用于大型机械设备齿轮传动系统设计及动态特性分析的可行性。最后得到合并后整体传动系统的响应特征,为系统后续的动态分析提供理论依据。

The accurate finite element model is very important to the dynamic design of the structure. In view of the gear transmission system of large mechanical equipment, a precise finite element modeling method based on hierarchical correction is put forward. The whole transmission system is divided into sub structure, based on the experimental modal frequency data for the target value, the finite element model of surface modification technology on structure model was modified based on the response, and identify the uncertain parameters in the model. The results showed that the modified frequency is close to the experimental value, the mode correlation coefficient MAC value above 0.84, shows that the parameter identification validity and accuracy of the finite element model can be improved obviously, verifies the feasibility of precise modeling method based on the idea of layered correction is applied to a large machine design and analysis of dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system of mechanical equipment the. Finally, the response characteristics of the integrated transmission system are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent dynamic analysis of the system.
