摘要:
建立1/4车辆液压主动悬架的数学模型;提出一种基于压力反馈的液压主动悬架系统,采用Modelica编程语言在Dymola软件平台上建立系统的仿真模型;通过仿真调试得到优化的控制参数,并通过样机实验将优化后的系统在强斜坡信号下的车身位移响应与被动悬架系统进行比较,车身的系统动态响应得到很大的改善.结果证明通过Modelica仿真语言和Dymola中的数值求解器可有效地解决系统多领域分析优化问题.
Abstract:
Establish a mathematical model of 1/4 vehicle hydraulic active suspension; A hydraulic active suspension system based on pressure feedback is proposed, and the simulation model of the system is established on the Dymola software platform using Modelica programming language. The optimized control parameters are obtained through simulation and debugging, and the body displacement response of the optimized system under the strong slope signal is compared with the passive suspension system through prototype experiments, and the system dynamic response of the body is greatly improved. The results show that the multi-domain analysis and optimization problems of the system can be effectively solved by the Modelica simulation language and the numerical solver in Dymola.
