摘要:
对硬沥青混合料、70#沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料分别进行高温稳定性(为0.7 MPa下50 ℃、60 ℃、70℃3个温度状况下的车辙试验)、低温抗裂性(小梁低温弯曲试验)、水稳性(冻融劈裂试验、残留稳定度试验)、疲劳性能(APA疲劳试验)的全面对比试验.试验结果表明,高模量沥青混合料具有较好的抗车辙性能;在-5℃时极限荷载约14 000 N,表明了其仍然具有良好的低温抗裂性能;冻融劈裂试验表明,AC-20C(30#)沥青混合料具有高的冻融劈裂强度比,具有较好的水稳定性.
Abstract:
The hard asphalt mixture, 70# asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture were comprehensively compared with the high temperature stability (rutting test at 0 °C, 7 °C and 50 °C at 60.70 MPa), low temperature crack resistance (low temperature bending test of trabeculae), water stability (freeze-thaw splitting test, residual stability test), and fatigue performance (APA fatigue test). The test results show that the high-modulus asphalt mixture has good rutting resistance. The ultimate load at -3°C is about 5 14 N, indicating that it still has good low-temperature crack resistance; The freeze-thaw splitting test shows that AC-000C(20#) asphalt mixture has a high freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and good water stability.
