研究了超声波对凝固过程的影响,探讨了不同超声功率对纯铝凝固过程冷却温度变化,声流和空化对细化晶粒的作用,实验结果表明:在不同超声功率下处理的铸锭,凝固时间缩短,温度分布更加均匀,温度梯度场变小,在不同功率超声振动下凝固组织平均晶粒尺寸从500 μm变成为90 μm,但随着超声功率的增加细化程度不再明显.超声的衰减作用使铸锭不同位置的晶核细化程度有很大的不同,由于空化效应和声流搅拌双重作用效应,使凝固组织细化程度提高.
Abstract:
The effects of ultrasonic waves on the solidification process were studied, and the effects of different ultrasonic powers on the cooling temperature of pure aluminum solidification process, sound flow and cavitation on grain refinement were discussed, and the experimental results showed that the solidification time of ingots processed under different ultrasonic powers shortened the solidification time, the temperature distribution was more uniform, the temperature gradient field became smaller, and the average grain size of solidified tissue changed from 500 μm to 90 μm under different power ultrasonic vibration, but the degree of refinement was no longer obvious with the increase of ultrasonic power. The attenuation effect of ultrasonic makes the degree of crystal nucleus refinement at different positions of the ingot, and the degree of refinement of solidified tissue is improved due to the dual effect of cavitation effect and sound flow stirring.
