摘要:
以高炉渣微粉和偏高岭土为主要原料,NaOH和Na2SiO3为复合激发剂,制备了碱激发矿渣胶凝材料,研究了炉渣粒度、碱添加量及养护制度对矿渣胶凝材料性能的影响.结果表明,炉渣粉磨至10 μm,在室温下养护,激发剂含量为12%时,样品的1 d抗压强度为17.66 MPa;当碱激发剂含量达到16%时,样品的1 d抗压强度为27.91 MPa;随着养护时间的延长,胶凝材料的抗压强度有提高的趋势,80 ℃养护可以提高胶凝材料的早期强度,但养护温度不宜过高.
Abstract:
Alkali-excited slag cementitious materials were prepared using blast furnace slag powder and metakaolin as the main raw materials and NaOH and Na2SiO3 as composite initiators, and the effects of slag particle size, alkali addition and maintenance system on the properties of slag cementitious materials were studied. The results showed that when the slag was ground to 10 μm, cured at room temperature, and the provocant content was 12%, the 1 d compressive strength of the sample was 17.66 MPa. When the alkali initiator content reached 16%, the 1 d compressive strength of the sample was 27.91 MPa. With the extension of curing time, the compressive strength of cementitious materials has a tendency to increase, and 80 °C curing can improve the early strength of cementitious materials, but the curing temperature should not be too high.
