摘要:
为研究大型载重货车对路面的动作用力,建立了五自由度三轴货车动力学模型,以路面随机不平度为激扰,研究车辆动载荷和动载系数随路面等级、车速、载重量、悬架参数的变化规律.结果表明:路面等级下降、提高车速都会使三轴货车各轮动载荷和动载系数增大;减小平衡悬架阻尼和增大平衡悬架刚度,则对三轴货车的中间轮和后轮的动载荷影响比较大;提高载重量,车辆各轮对路面的总作用力增大.
Abstract:

In order to study the action force of large trucks on the road surface, a dynamic model of five-degree-of-freedom three-axle trucks was established, and the variation law of dynamic load and dynamic load coefficient with road surface grade, vehicle speed, load capacity and suspension parameters was studied by taking the random unevenness of the road surface as the agitation. The results show that the decrease of road surface grade and the increase of vehicle speed will increase the dynamic load and dynamic load coefficient of each wheel of the three-axle truck. Reducing the damping of the balance suspension and increasing the stiffness of the balance suspension have a greater impact on the dynamic load of the middle wheel and rear wheel of the three-axle truck. Increase the load capacity, and the total force of each wheel of the vehicle on the road surface increases.
