摘要:
将控释肥料的包膜层作为养分释放的控制层一,再假设肥料与土壤水分交界处存在养分释放的控制层二,运用菲克定律,并结合改性的传质双膜论、液膜寿命函数,在球坐标内建立了包膜型控释肥料养分释放的相际传质模型.用拉普拉斯变换法求解模型的传质偏微分方程组,并将拉普拉斯变换与液膜寿命函数结合,无须求拉普拉斯逆变换即得到了养分释放速率的表达式,从而在料的养分传递过程理论基础的同时,也提供了一种在球坐标提供控释肥中求解传质速率的方法.
Abstract:
Taking the envelope layer of controlled-release fertilizer as the control layer 1 of nutrient release, and then assuming that there is a control layer 2 of nutrient release at the junction of fertilizer and soil moisture, Fick’s law is used, combined with the modified mass transfer double membrane theory and liquid film life function, an interphase mass transfer model of nutrient release of envelope-type controlled-release fertilizer is established in spherical coordinates. The Laplace transform method is used to solve the mass transfer partial differential equation system of the model, and the Laplace transform is combined with the liquid film life function, and the expression of the nutrient release rate is obtained without the inverse Laplace transform, so as to provide a method to solve the mass transfer rate in the controlled release fertilizer provided by spherical coordinates at the same time as the theoretical basis of the nutrient transport process of the material.
