摘要:
为对BFRP加固梁提供试验数据和理论依据,进行了8根玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)加固梁和3根对比梁的抗弯性能试验研究,分析了BFRP粘贴层数、混凝土强度等级、剪跨等时加固梁的抗弯性能的影响.试验结果表明.梁的抗弯承载力和抗弯刚度随BFRP粘贴层数、混凝土强度等级增加和剪跨的减小而提高,但不成线性比例;随粘贴层数增加,U型箍加宽或增加可有效防止端部的早期破坏.根据试验分析,提出了梁抗弯承载力计算公式,计算结果和试验数据吻合较好,且优于<规程>(CECS146:2003)公式计算值.
Abstract:
In order to provide experimental data and theoretical basis for BFRP reinforced beams, the bending performance of eight basalt fiber reinforced composite (BFRP) reinforced beams and three contrast beams was tested, and the effects of the number of BFRP paste layers, concrete strength grade, shear span, etc. on the flexural performance of the reinforced beams were analyzed. The test results show that . The bending bearing capacity and bending stiffness of the beam increase with the number of BFRP paste layers, the increase of concrete strength grade and the decrease of shear span, but it is not linear proportional. With the increase of the number of adhesive layers, the widening or increase of the U-hoop can effectively prevent the early destruction of the end. According to the test analysis, the calculation formula of the bending bearing capacity of the beam is proposed, and the calculation results are in good agreement with the test data, and are better than the calculation value of the formula of the < regulation > (CECS8:3).
