摘要:
聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维是一种具有高抗拉、高弹模,亲水性好,特别是与波特兰水泥有良好的相容性等特点的新型纤维.为配制出高韧性、大变形纤维增强水泥基复合材料,试验介绍了PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料的单轴拉伸性能和弯曲韧性,试验结果表明:PVA纤维具有良好的阻裂增韧效用,能够显著提高水泥基复合材料的抗裂性能和变形能力;PVA纤维可明显改善混凝土弯曲韧性,且PVA纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性指数明显高于聚丙烯(PP)纤维混凝土.
Abstract:
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber is a new type of fiber with high tensile resistance, high elasticity, good hydrophilicity, especially good compatibility with Portland cement. In order to prepare high-toughness and large-deformation fiber-reinforced cementitious composites, the uniaxial tensile properties and flexural toughness of PVA fiber-reinforced cementitious composites were introduced, and the test results showed that PVA fibers had good crack resistance and toughening effects, which could significantly improve the crack resistance and deformation ability of cement-based composites. PVA fiber can significantly improve the flexural toughness of concrete, and the flexural toughness index of PVA fiber concrete is significantly higher than that of polypropylene (PP) fiber concrete.
