摘要:
随着博士后设站单位的增加,在适当控制发展速度的同时,要求设站单位加强管理,提高博士后招收、培养质量,因此组织对各设站单位进行检查和评估.主要依据现有人事部建立的博士后管理信息系统,提出博士后评估体系网络评估模块的开发思想,构建了评估实施的网络结构,借助博士后管理信息系统的平台,更加科学地对设站单位进行有效的评估.
Abstract:
With the increase of postdoctoral stations, while appropriately controlling the development speed, the stationing units are required to strengthen management and improve the quality of postdoctoral recruitment and training, so organize the inspection and evaluation of each stationed unit. Mainly based on the postdoctoral management information system established by the existing Ministry of Personnel, the development idea of the network evaluation module of the postdoctoral evaluation system is proposed, the network structure of the evaluation implementation is constructed, and the effective evaluation of the station-setting unit is carried out more scientifically with the help of the platform of the postdoctoral management information system.
