摘要:
以网壳的曲率半径、厚度、对称扇形曲面的个数、层数以及杆件截面积为设计变量,对双层Kiewitt型球面网壳以总造价为目标进行结构优化设计,结果表明,总造价降低22.36%,比常见的只对构件截面尺寸优化(总造价降低8.50%)的优化效果显著.
Abstract:
Taking the radius of curvature, thickness, number of symmetrical sector surfaces, number of layers and member cross-sectional area of the grid shell as the design variables, the structural optimization design of the double-layer Kiewitt spherical grid shell with the total cost as the goal shows that the total cost is reduced by 22.36%, which is significantly more effective than the common optimization of the cross-sectional size of the component (the total cost is reduced by 8.50%).
