摘要:
粘贴预应力纤维增强复合材料(FRP)片材对土木建筑结构进行加固和修复,可以提高工程效率.从理论分析着手,推导了预应力FRP片材增强RC梁界面层的剪应力的计算公式,分析了预应力作用下FRP片材和混凝土之间的界面层剪应力分布,并通过有限元对碳纤维薄板(CFL)增强RC梁作了数值实验验证.探讨了初始预应力施加量,FRP片材的厚度以及界面层厚度对界面剪应力的影响.
Abstract:
Pasting prestressed fiber reinforced composite (FRP) sheets to reinforce and repair civil building structures can improve engineering efficiency. Starting from the theoretical analysis, the calculation formula of the interface layer of the prestressed FRP sheet reinforced RC beam is derived, the shear stress distribution of the interface layer between FRP sheet and concrete under prestress is analyzed, and the carbon fiber sheet (CFL) reinforced RC beam is verified by numerical experiment by finite element. The effects of initial prestress, FRP sheet thickness and interfacial layer thickness on interfacial shear stress were discussed.
