以油料运输中的主要工具铁路卧式圆形储油罐(卧式罐)为研究对象,应用液固耦合原理并以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,对装载不同深度有自由液面液体的卧式罐进行了模态分析与计算,得到了不同液体深度下油罐的固有频率及其前四阶固有频率的振形图.分析结果表明,卧式罐固有频率值随液体深度的增加而逐渐降低,用耦合法与平均密度法求解系统固有频率时,所得的计算结果差异较大.
Abstract:
Taking the railway horizontal circular oil storage tank (horizontal tank), the main tool in oil transportation, the principle of liquid-solid coupling and the finite element analysis software ANSYS as the tool were used to analyze and calculate the modal mode of the horizontal tank loaded with free liquid at different depths, and the natural frequency of the tank at different liquid depths and the osmogram of the natural frequency of the first four orders were obtained. The analysis results show that the natural frequency value of the horizontal tank gradually decreases with the increase of liquid depth, and the calculation results are quite different when the natural frequency of the system is solved by the coupling method and the average density method.
