摘要:
介绍了国外大型调水工程的一些经验教训,指出在实施大型跨流域调水工程前,进行生态环境影响分析是十分必要的.接着从生态环境的角度出发,阐述了南水北调中线工程实施有可能带来的不利影响,并针对不同调水方案,重点讨论了工程对汉江中下游水环境容量和水华发生概率的影响.最后提出维护环境可持续发展的对策和建议,从而为南水北调工程的实施提供科学依据.
Abstract:
Some lessons learned from large-scale water diversion projects abroad were introduced, and it was pointed out that it was necessary to conduct ecological environmental impact analysis before implementing large-scale cross-basin water diversion projects. Then, from the perspective of ecological environment, the possible adverse effects of the implementation of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project were expounded, and the impact of the project on the capacity and probability of blooms in the middle and lower reaches of the Han River was discussed. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions for maintaining environmental sustainable development are put forward, so as to provide scientific basis for the implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
