摘要:
随着系统电容电流的不断增大,越来越多的电网采用谐振接地方式.谐振接地方式有效地抑制了单相接地故障电弧的重燃和弧光过电压的发生,这使得中压电网的运行可靠性得到了很大的提高.谐振接地方式推广的一个重要技术难点是系统电容电流的自动跟踪测量问题.针对这一问题,在对现有的几种自动跟踪测量方法进行分析比较的基础上,提出了一种改进E0法.10 kV高压物理模拟实验表明:该方法可有效识别系统是处于过补偿状态还是欠补偿状态,并可在线实时校正E0法的值.
Abstract:
With the continuous increase of the capacitor current of the system, more and more power grids adopt resonant grounding mode. The resonant grounding method effectively suppresses the re-ignition of single-phase ground fault arc and the occurrence of arc overvoltage, which greatly improves the operation reliability of medium-voltage power grid. An important technical difficulty in the promotion of resonant grounding method is the automatic tracking and measurement of system capacitance current. In order to solve this problem, based on the analysis and comparison of several existing automatic tracking measurement methods, an improved E0 method is proposed.10 kV high-voltage physical simulation experiments show that this method can effectively identify whether the system is in an overcompensated state or undercompensation state, and can correct the value of E0 method online in real time.
