摘要:
针对液固两相流动体系的液固运动和腐蚀过程的特点,指出冲刷和腐蚀的交互作用是材料发生冲刷腐蚀破坏的主要因素.在交互作用影响机制的基础上,对目前液固两相流中流动引起冲刷和腐蚀两个方面的有关机理和模型进行了论述,讨论了流体力学的作用在冲刷腐蚀过程中的重要性,分析了流动和腐蚀过程的相互促进作用.由于不同的环境介质和材料具有不同的腐蚀机理,冲刷和腐蚀所起作用的范围可由冲刷腐蚀中腐蚀失重和冲刷失重两个分量的比值来作为判断准则,从而为材料的选择和防腐蚀设计提供一定的指导依据.
Abstract:
Aiming at the characteristics of liquid-solid motion and corrosion process of liquid-solid two-phase flow system, it is pointed out that the interaction between erosion and corrosion is the main factor for erosion corrosion failure of materials. Based on the interaction mechanism, the relevant mechanisms and models of flow-induced erosion and corrosion in liquid-solid two-phase flow are discussed, the importance of fluid mechanics in the erosion corrosion process is discussed, and the mutual promotion of flow and corrosion process is analyzed. Since different environmental media and materials have different corrosion mechanisms, the range of action of erosion and corrosion can be judged by the ratio of the two components of corrosion loss and erosion weight loss in erosion corrosion, so as to provide certain guidance for material selection and anti-corrosion design.
