摘要:
研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响,得到的优化反应条件为:2-甲基-1,4-萘醌与亚硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:1.5;水的用量为2-甲基-1,4-萘醌量的1.5倍;乙醇用量为2-甲基-1,4-萘醌量的3.5倍;反应温度为55℃;反应时间为1 h.在最佳条件下,维生素K3的收率稳定在72.5%以上,纯度稳定在94%以上.并用红外光谱对产品进行了验证.
Abstract:
The effects of raw material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors on product yield were studied, and the optimal reaction conditions obtained were: the molar ratio of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone to sodium bisulfite was 1:1.5. The amount of water is 2.1 times the amount of 4-methyl-1,5-naphthoquinone; The amount of ethanol is 2.1 times the amount of 4-methyl-3,5-naphthoquinone; The reaction temperature is 55 °C; The reaction time was 1 h. Under optimal conditions, the yield of vitamin K3 was stable at more than 72.5% and the purity was stable at more than 94%. And the product was verified by infrared spectroscopy.
