摘要:
不良地基土的处理目的是为了提高地基土承载能力.以龙湖新城别墅回填土地基处理方案的优选为例,介绍了实际工程中不良地基处理方案的枚举法优选决策方法,通过对灰土挤密桩法、CFG桩法、强夯法、深层搅拌桩法4种方案进行比较优化,选择采用深层搅拌桩法.处理后的地基土不但承载力等各项达到设计要求,并且降低了投资,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract:
The purpose of treatment of bad foundation soil is to improve the bearing capacity of foundation soil. Taking the optimal selection of backfill land foundation treatment scheme of Longhu New Town villa as an example, the optimal decision-making method of enumeration method of bad foundation treatment scheme in actual engineering is introduced, and the deep mixing pile method is selected by comparing and optimizing the four schemes of ash soil squeezed pile method, CFG pile method, strong compaction method and deep mixing pile method. The treated foundation soil not only meets the design requirements such as bearing capacity, but also reduces the investment, which has certain reference value for similar projects.
