摘要:
本文以提高高炉冷却壁寿命为目的,通过在安阳钢铁公司高炉生产中采用高强度、高韧性球墨铸铁的可行性试验,提出以铁素体球墨铸铁代替传统的普通灰口铸铁,试验证明,用此法提高高炉冷却壁的寿命是可行的。
Abstract:
The purpose of improving the cooling wall life of the blast furnace is aimed at using the feasibility test of high -strength, high -tough spoil and ink cast iron in the production of the blast furnace of Anyang Iron and Steel, and proposes to replace the traditional ordinary ash cast iron with iron body ball cast iron. The test has proved that it is feasible to use this method to improve the life of the cooling wall of the blast furnace.
