大型旋转机械设备故障的特性预报是一项具有重大生产实际意义的新课题。本文首先提出精密预报这一新概念借助于灰色预测理论的GM(1.1)模型对其预报模式进行了研究提出精密预报的关键是把预报从传统的时域转向频域。文章还针对渐发性的旋转机械故障对其精密预报方法进行了探讨。并用一台大型CO_2压缩机组的长期监测数据进行了验证。

Abstract:
The characteristic forecast of large rotating machinery and equipment failure is a new topic with major production significance. This article first proposes the new concept of precision forecast. With the help of the GM (1.1) model of the gray forecast theory, its forecast mode has been studied. The key to proposing precision forecast is to shift forecasting from traditional time domain to frequency domain. The article also discussed its precision forecast method for the gradual rotation mechanical failure. And verified the long -term monitoring data of a large CO_2 compression unit.
