在实验室条件下进行了料浆渗铝,渗层结构及其性能的研究。一系列的料浆渗铝工艺用来获得不同的渗层。X射线衍身,金相,机械性能和电化学等试验方法用来探明渗层的结构和性能。结果表明,本工艺的所有渗层结构均为铝在α-Fe中的单相固溶体,因而延展性较好、不易剥剥和开裂。碳钢经料浆渗铝后,抗蚀性显著提高。根据实验结果,找出最佳渗铝工艺。另外,由于本工艺简单,处理后工件表面非常光洁,且不受零件形状限制,料浆渗铝将是提高碳钢抗蚀性的有效途径。
Abstract:
In the laboratory conditions, the research on the seepage aluminum, the penetration structure and the performance of the laboratory. A series of slurry seepage aluminum technology is used to obtain different osmotic layers. X -ray derivatives, gold phase, mechanical performance and electrochemical methods are used to identify the structure and performance of the peak layer. The results show that all the infiltration structures of this process are single-phase solid-soluble soluble in aluminum in α-FE, so they are better ductile, and they are not easy to peel and crack. After the carbon steel seeps aluminum, the corrosion resistance is significantly improved. According to the experimental results, find the best aluminum technology. In addition, because this process is simple, the surface of the workpiece is very smooth after processing, and it is not limited by parts shape. Milky aluminum will be an effective way to improve carbon steel resistance.
