摘要:
形位公差的综合量规是一种新的专用量具,本文根据最大实体原理的应用特点,提出了设计综合量规的基本规则、综合量规的公差及其公差带分布、以及确定综合量规基本尺寸的计算式等。本文还通过实例说明了综合量规的设计方法和步骤,并对设计人员应用最大实体原理时在图样上的标准方法提出了建议。
Abstract:
The comprehensive gauge of form and position tolerance is a new special measuring tool. According to the application characteristics of the principle of maximum entity, the basic rules of designing the comprehensive gauge, the tolerance of the comprehensive gauge and its tolerance zone distribution, and the calculation formula for determining the basic size of the comprehensive gauge are put forward in this paper.In this paper, the design method and procedure of the comprehensive gauge are illustrated by an example, and the standard method on the drawing is proposed when the designer applies the principle of maximum entity.
