可转位刀具由于具有许多优越性已在生产中得到日益广泛的重视和应用。因为它的合理的切削角度是由刀片和刀片槽的对应角度共同形成的,而目前对其有关角度的设计多采用近似计算,不能给人以应有的清晰概念,所以,本文以最常用的几何三角关系,利用不同的角度参考系的变换原理与方法,推导出刀片前角、后角不为零时可转位车刀有关角度完整的精确的计算公式,供设计时使用。其结果也可应用于端铣刀等可转位刀具上。
Abstract:
Indexable cutting tools have been paid more and more attention and applied in production because of their many advantages.Because its reasonable cutting Angle is formed by the corresponding Angle of the blade and the blade groove together, and the current design of its related Angle mostly adopts approximate calculation, which can not give people a clear concept. Therefore, this paper deduces the indexable turning tool when the front Angle and back Angle of the blade are not zero by using the most commonly used geometric triangle relationship and the transformation principle and method of different Angle reference framesAngle complete and accurate calculation formula for use in design.The results can also be applied to indexable tools such as end milling cutters.
