摘要:
本文从运动学和动力学的观点出发,提出了振动落砂输送机的理论基础是“物料被抛起的铸件落砂疲劳曲线方程”。由这一基本理论,导出了抛射点参数方程,撞击点普遍参数方程、撞击点相对速度方程、振幅介限值、激振器倾角与物料抛射角不互为余角等结论。从而给振动落砂输送机设计与调整进一步提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
From the point of view of kinematics and dynamics, this paper puts forward that the theoretical basis of vibration shakeout conveyor is "shakeout fatigue curve equation of castings being thrown".Based on this basic theory, the conclusions of projectile point parameter equation, impact point general parameter equation, impact point relative velocity equation, amplitude threshold, the Angle of exciter and the Angle of material ejection are not complementary angles are derived.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and adjustment of vibration shakeout conveyor.
