摘要:
用多学科设计优化理论进行了机床主轴参数的优化设计.以主轴质量、外伸端挠度和切应力为同步优化目标,利用协同优化算法思想建立了两级优化数学模型,包括一个系统级模型和三个子系统级模型.运用iSIGHT软件对优化数学模型求解,在使得主轴质量最小的同时保证有较好的刚度和强度.计算结果表明多学科设计优化在处理多目标优化问题时有明显的优越性.
Abstract:
In this paper, the parameters of machine tool spindle are determined based on the theory of themultidisciplinary design optimization ( MDO). To minimize the weight, the deflection and the shear stress ofspindle synchronously, a two-level optimal model including one system model and three sub-models is con.structed with the collaborative optimization algorithm. Then a commercial software iSIGH’T is employed to solvethe two-level model. it ensures the minimal weight of spindle, while it has better stiffness and strength. Itproved to be better than those provided by the existing literature, This fact also shows that MDO is a valuabletool for multi-objective optimal problem of machinery design.
