利用MATLAB平台中的SIMULINK工具对双曲柄滑块机构的运动学进行了仿真分析.将机构作为一个系统,通过其运动学方程来构造仿真模型,以机构的初始位置来设定模型中的相关参数后,得到了机构的运动参数仿真分析结果.最后以一个平台印刷机的主传动机构作为算例验证了该方法的正确性和有效性.

The SIMULINK tool in the MATLAB platform was used to simulate the kinematics of the double crank slider mechanism. Taking the mechanism as a system, constructing the simulation model through its kinematic equations, and setting the relevant parameters in the model with the initial position of the mechanism, the simulation analysis results of the motion parameters of the mechanism are obtained. Finally, the main drive mechanism of a platform printing machine is used as an example to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
