超高层建筑施工过程中面临着巨大的安全风险,构成“人-机-环”系统,施工风险预警难题需考虑人员、装备、环境因素耦合的影响,本研究按一般状态与极限状态分别考虑系统的失效可能性,采用整体钢平台装备的承力构件为决定性关键环节,提出超高层建筑施工风险预警指标体系与方法。首先,通过考虑风险因素耦合的事故演变路径分析和失效模式分析,结合施工现场监测条件,提出风险预警指标体系的核心指标;然后,提出包括人员指标、环境指标、装备指标和熔断指标在内的施工风险预警指标体系,以及各指标的分级确定准则,采用指标折减的方法体现多因素耦合对预警指标的影响,建立适用超高层建筑施工风险预警方法;最后,选择超高层实际工程开展案例分析。结果表明:将人员、环境风险因素耦合影响考虑为对装备指标的折减,可以作为项目风险状态判定的有效依据,建立适用于超高层建筑施工的风险预警方法。该方法充分考虑风险因素的耦合影响,通过有限元模型计算获得指标预警值与折减系数参考表,具备一定的科学性和可行性。
Abstract:
The construction process of super high-rise buildings is faced with huge safety risks, which constitutes the “human-machine-environment” system. The construction risk early-warning problem needs to consider the impact of the coupling effect of human, equipment, and environmental factors. This study considers the system according to the general state and the limit state. The use of the load-bearing components of the integrated scaffolding and formwork equipment with steel platform is the decisive key li<x>nk, and the early-warning index system and the early-warning method for the construction of super high-rise buildings is proposed. First, ba<x>sed on the analysis of accident evolution path and failure mode considering the coupling effect of risk factors, combined with the monitoring conditions of the construction site, the core indexes of the early-warning indexes system are proposed then, the construction risk early-warning index system including human, environment, equipment and fuse indexes, as well as the classification and determination criteria for each index, the way of reducing index is adopt to reflect the impact of multi-factor coupling effects on early-warning indexes, and establish applicable early-warning method for super high-rise building construction finally, an actual super high-rise project is chosen to carry out case analysis. The results show that: the method of considering the coupling effects of human and environment risk factors as a reduction of the equipment indexes can be used as effective basis for judging the risk status of the project, establishing a risk early-warning method suitable for the construction of super high-rise buildings. This method fully considers the coupling effects of risk factors, and obtains values of early-warning indexes and reduction coefficient table through finite element model calculations, which is scientific and feasible.
