摘要:
现实中多目标优化问题的Pareto前沿面往往是不连续的,退化的等非规则的形式。传统的针对规则Pareto前沿面的进化算法无法很好地解决这类问题。因此,针对具有非规则Pareto前沿面的多目标优化问题的进化算法逐渐成为进化计算领域的研究热点。本文对现有的针对非规则Pareto前沿面的进化算法进行分类综述,分析各类算法的特点和缺陷,并给出未来的发展方向。
Abstract:
In reality, Pareto front of multi-objective optimization problems is often irregular, such as discontinuous or degenerate. Evolutionary algorithms are generally designed for regular Pareto fronts, so they can not solve irregular problems well. Therefore, evolutionary algorithms for multi-objective optimization problems with irregular Pareto fronts have gradually become the research hotspot in evolutionary computing area. In this paper, the existing evolutionary algorithms for irregular Pareto fronts are classified and summarized. The characteristics and shortcomings of these algorithms are analyzed, and the future development directions are given.
