摘要:
针对乳化沥青冷再生混合料用乳化沥青的稳定性进行研究,开展了乳化剂种类、用量及SBR改性乳化沥青粒径、ζ电位、界面张力的室内试验,提出了表征乳化沥青粒径大小及分布特征的关键指标,从微观层面上多尺度地评价乳化沥青的稳定性能.试验结果表明:不同乳化剂种类制备的乳化沥青的粒径大小与分布不同,随着乳化剂用量的增加,平均粒径、D90与不均匀系数减小,稳定性增加;乳化沥青ζ电位与稳定性呈线性正相关,但当乳化剂达到一定用量时,乳液稳定性变化不大甚至稍有下降;乳化剂的种类和用量对界面张力和稳定性有显著影响,随着乳化剂用量增加,界面张力显著减小,当用量达到一定时趋于稳定;SBR改性乳化沥青的粒径大小及分布基本与未改性前一致,ζ电位增大,储存稳定性略有减小.灰熵关联分析表明:界面张力、粒径不均匀系数与乳化沥青稳定性相关性最好,其次是D90与平均粒径,ζ电位最小。推荐当D90≤7μm,平均粒径≤4μm,不均匀系数≤4,Zeta电位﹥28mV,界面张力﹤3.3 mN/m时即可满足现行规范中稳定性的指标要求
Abstract:
For emulsified asphalt used in cold recycled mixture of emulsified asphalt, the indoor test of the types and dosages of emulsifying agents, as well as SBR modified emulsified asphalt particle size, particle potential and interfacial tension were carried out, and the key index to characterize the particle size and distribution characteristics of emulsified asphalt was proposed, and the stability of emulsified asphalt was evaluated from the microscopic level. The results show that the particle size and distribution of the emulsified asphalt prepared by different emul sifier types are different. With the increase of the amount of emulsifier, the average particle size, D90 and unevenness coefficient decrease and the stability increases;the zeta potential and stability of emulsified asphalt are linearly positively correlated, and when the emulsifier reaches a certain amount, the stability of the emulsion changes little or even decreases slightly; The type and amount of emulsifier have a significant effect on the interfacial tension and stability. As the amount of emulsifier increases, the interfacial tension decreases significantly, and tends to be stable when the amount reaches a certain level. The particle size and distribution of SBR modified emulsified asphalt are basically the same as those before unmodified, the zeta potential is increased, and the storage stability is slightly reduced. The grey entropy correlation analysis showed that the interfacial tension and particle size heterogeneity coefficient had the best correlation with the stability of emulsified asphalt, followed by D90 and average particle size, and the zeta potential was the smallest. It is recommended that when D90≤7μm, average particle size ≤4μm, uneven coefficient ≤4, Zeta potential>28mV, interfacial tension <3.3 mN/m can meet the stability requirements of the current specification.
