摘要:
运用多导体传输线理论为均匀及非均匀介质中的传输线耦合情况建立相应的等效电路模型,借助Matlab软件对PCB板上三导体传输线的线间串扰进行仿真计算.首先分析终端为匹配负载的情况下,主串回路的电压变化对串扰电压的影响,然后分析了终端接电阻、电抗、阻抗三种不同的终端负载情况下串扰电压的变化.结果表明,串扰电压随主串回路电压的增加而增加,且匹配的电阻值能够减小串扰电压,容性负载对串扰电压的影响要比感性负载大.
Abstract:
The multi-conductor transmission line theory is used to establish the corresponding equivalent circuit model for the coupling of transmission lines in uniform and non-uniform media, and the line-to-line crosstalk of three-conductor transmission lines on PCB boards is simulated and calculated with the help of Matlab software. Firstly, the influence of the voltage change of the main string loop on the crosstalk voltage is analyzed when the terminal is matched load, and then the change of crosstalk voltage under three different terminal loads: terminal resistance, reactance and impedance is analyzed. The results show that the crosstalk voltage increases with the increase of the main string loop voltage, and the matched resistance value can reduce the crosstalk voltage, and the influence of capacitive load on the crosstalk voltage is greater than that of inductive load.
