摘要:
用后合成法制备了一种新型催化剂PW-SBA-15,并对PW-SBA-15进行表征,得出其氮气吸附等温线;用w(H2O2)=30%做氧化剂,采用一锅煮的方法氧化环己烯得目的产品己二酸,用傅里叶红外先谱仪测定其IR光谱图,并用XRY-1C微机氧弹式量热计测定出己二酸的标准摩尔燃烧焓为-2801.0 kJ·mol-1,推算出己二酸的标准摩尔生成焓为-989.32 kJ·mol-1;同时还用DTG-60差热-热重分析仪测定了己二酸的熔点和熔解焓,为工业化生产和设计提供了基础数据.
Abstract:

A novel catalyst, PW-SBA-15, was prepared by post-synthesis method, and PW-SBA-15 was characterized to obtain its nitrogen adsorption isotherm. w(H2O2)=30% was used as oxidant, cyclohexene was oxidized by a pot boiling method to obtain the target product adipic acid, and its IR spectra were determined by Fourier infrared spectrometer, and the standard molar combustion enthalpy of adipic acid was determined by XRY-1C microcomputer oxygen bomb calorimeter as -2801.0 kJ·mol-1, and the standard molar enthalpy of adipic acid was calculated to be -989.32 kJ·mol-1. At the same time, the melting point and melting enthalpy of adipic acid were determined by DTG-60 differential thermal-thermogravimetric analyzer, which provided basic data for industrial production and design.
