Aiming at the problem of "information island" in the construction of university informatization, the technical principle and superiority of Web service are briefly introduced, and on this basis, a set of solutions based on Web service distributed computing technology to integrate heterogeneous data, integrate different application systems, and establish campus public information platform is proposed. The interoperability of application systems and the implementation model of campus information portal are emphasized. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the implementation of the scheme.
