摘要:
科技论文的质量评价是一个多因素的综合指标，本文提出用稿源的层次Ａ．载体水平Ｂ、论文水平Ｃ、引文状况Ｄ、被引用情况Ｅ、社会影响Ｆ等指标构成科技论文的＂指标综合体系＂，并做了较详细的论述．
Abstract:
The quality evaluation of scientific and technological papers is a comprehensive indicator of multiple factor. The level of the carrier B, the thesis level C, the citation status D, the reference situation E, the social influence F and other indicators to form a "index comprehensive system" of scientific and technological papers, and make a more detailed discussion.
