在搭建的太阳能集热器实验台上,对0.94,1.41,1.87 m3/h 3种风量下集热器的热性能进行了实验研究,利用CFD软件建立了集热板模型并对太阳辐射强度为300 ~ 700 W/m2、室外环境温度为6~12℃范围内各工况下的热性能参数进行了模拟研究.结果表明:在3种风量下稳定运行时,空气温升依次为22.45,17.57,14.37℃,集热效率依次为38.56%、45.13%和49.06%;根据各工况下热性能参数的模拟数值得到了相应工况下的最佳运行风量,为实际工程中太阳能集热器运行风量的选取提供参考数

A solar collectorsystem experimental platformwasbuiltand the experimental wasresearched to get the thermal characteristics of this collector underthe three air flow volumes of0.94,1.41,1.87 m3/h.The collector plate modelwasbuilt by theCFD software,and the simulationwasresearched to get the thermalperformance parameterswhenthe solar radiationwaswithin the range of300 W/m2 to 700 W/m2and the ambient temperature wasbetween6℃and 10 oC.The results demonstrated that the increase of air temperature were respectively 22.45,17.57,14.37 oC,andthe heat collector efficiencywasrespectively 38.56%,45.13%,49.06%underthevolume of0.94,1.41,1.87 m3/h.Thedifferent kindsofconditions’optimalvolumewas got accordingto the simulation values of corrsponding thermal performance parametres,which was to provide the reference data for the selection of operation volume in the solar collector’S practical engineering.
