研发了一种电流型电化学传感器用于空气中HF气体监控.采用化学还原法合成了Au催化剂,并利用XRD、SEM和BET对Au粉体进行了表征,催化剂比表面积达到32.12 m2/g.利用丝网印刷技术制备传感器的气体扩散电极,按照三电板结构装配成电流型电化学传感器,并测试了传感器性能.结果表明,该传感器对HF的灵敏度大于1.2 μA(0.89 mg/m3 HF中),响应和恢复时间分别为45 s和15 s,同时传感器还具有较好的一致性、重复性和长期稳定性;传感器完全满足对空气中低浓度HF气体的检测要求.

The Auparticles were synthesizedby chemical reductionmethod andcharacterized byXRD.SEM andBET.Catalyst specific surface areareached 32.12 m2/g.Thegas diffusion electrodes were prepared by screen-printing technology.Theelectrochemical sensorswereconstructedas athree—electrode cell system.The results show that thesensors have high sensitivity up to 1.2斗A(in 0.89 ms/m3HF)tohydrogen fluoride gas,and the response andrecovery time are45 S and 15 S,respectively.Moreover,the sensors have good consis— tency of productquality,reproducibility of signal and long—term stability.The amperometric sensors are suit— able to detect the low concentration in atmosphere.
