摘要:
合成了一种新型二硫代氨基甲酸盐重金属捕集剂(DTC-U),考察其对含铅废水的处理效果.实验结果表明:处理10 mg/L的含pb2+废水,pH值范围3~10,DTC-U投加量为26 mg/L,聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂,搅拌反应8 min,去除率达到95%以上,废水中pb2浓度可降至0.5 mg/L以下,达到国家排放标准(GB 25466-2010)要求.在pb2+、Cd2+共存的情况下,pb2比Cd2+优先反应;投加量适当时,可使废水中两种离子浓度均小于国家排放标准的要求.该新型重金属捕集DTC-U适用的pH值范
Abstract:
In this study,a newheavy mental capturing agent DTC-U containing dithiocarbamatewassysthesized,and thetreatment efficiency ofPb2+wastewaterwasresearched.The resultsshowedthat:forwastewater containing 10 mg/LPb2+.theresidual dosage ofPb2+wasbelow0.5 mg/Lby added26 mg/L DTC-U,pH3~10,using PAC as flocculant and slower stirring for8min.Theremoval rate ofPb“from wastewatercan be achieved over95%whichwasenough to meet the request of the GB25466--2010.For the CO—existence of Pb2+andCd2+in wastewater.Pb2+was preferentially reactioncompared to Cd2+.Andtheresidual dosage of Pb2+andCd2+canmeetthe requirements of the GB25466--2010.TheDTC.U is suitable foruse in wide pH.has the favorable effectand has a good application prospect.
