摘要:
采用静态吸尉-解吸法研究大孔树脂AB-8对枣皮红色素纯化效力,结果表明:大孔树脂AB-8有较高的吸附率与解吸率.确定树脂AB-8吸附色素的最佳工艺条件:吸附体积浓度0.8 mg/mL,静态吸附时间3.5h,料液比90:40,,附率65.6%.大孔树脂AB-8的洗脱工艺:依次用体积分数为10%%20%%…,90%%乙醇水溶液梯度洗脱,洗脱率98.2%.得到的工艺条件操作简单、无污染、洗脱试剂消耗较少,提取的色素无毒无味,适用于枣皮红色素初步分离.
Abstract:
The isolation of red pigment from Zizyphus jujubepeelwasinvestigated through static adsorption— desorption method using AB一8 type maeroporous resin.The results indicated that AB一8 type macroporous resin showed higheradsorption rate and desorption rate.Theoptimum processconditions for adsorption are as follows:adsorption mass concentration 0.8 Illrg/mL、static adsorption time 3.5 h、material liquid ratio 90:40、adsorption rate 65.6%.The process conditions for elution are as follows:gradient elution in turn with 10%.20%,⋯90%ethanol water、elution rate 98.2%.This method is easy to operate without any toxicity,smell and pollution and spend less eluent compared with other methods.It is applicable for the preliminary separa· tion of the red pigment from Zizyphus jujube peel.
