介绍了微机控制城轨交通车辆制动软管检测装置的设计方案.该装置利用触摸屏作为人机对话接口,单片机PIC16F877作为控制单元实现制动软管风压、水压数据的实时采集、自动控制检测过程以及试验结果的存储、查询和打印功能.通过研制本检测装置,提高了制动软管试验过程自动化程度和试验结果的准确性,降低了维修人员的劳动强度,为行车安全提供了保障.

The device uses touch screen as man-machine interface,MCU PC16F877 as the control unit to re-alize real-time data acquisition of wind pressure and hydraulic pressure of brake hose,the detection process ofthe automatic control and test results of the storage,query and print functions.Through the developing the de-tection device,the degree of brake hose test process automation and the accuracy of the test results is im-proved,the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel is reduced,the safeguard for safety. has been provid-ed. This paper introduces the design scheme of the microcomputer control brake hose testing device.
