摘要:
针对车用永磁同步电机(PMSM)的高凸极率结构特点和宽范围运行特点对基于变参数模型的PMSM最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制策略进行了研究.为提高控制精度,首先采用频谱分析和冻结磁导率方法获取转子磁链成份及不同负载下的电感和转子磁链值,建立变参数电机模型并推导出相应的MTPA电流矢量表达式,研究了其控制特性,并与id=0及定参数模型MTPA控制特性进行比较,结果表明:与id控制相比,该方法可以获取更大的电流利用率,与定参数模型相比,则可以获取更快的动态响应.
Abstract:
In view of the high salient pole rate structural features and wide range operation characteristics ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) used in electric vehicles.maximum torque per ampere (MT-PA ) vector control strategy of PMSM based on variable model was studied in this paper. For higher controlprecision.rotor flux linkage components along with inductance and rotor flux linkage value in the differentloads were first obtained with spectrum analysis and frozen permeability methods.the accurate motor modelwas developed,and the corresponding MTPA current vector expressions were derived. Furthermore,its controlcharacteristics were studied.and some comparisons about control characteristic among MTPA based on variableparameters model, fixed parameter model and control characteristic were made.The results show that the MT-PA based on variable parameters model can find more higher current utilization compared withid control andcan get better dynamic performance compared with itself based on fixed parameter model.
