在对角柱花生药学特征进行研究的基础上,对其全草95%乙醇提取物的石油醚部位进行色谱分离,从中分离得到5种化合物,利用MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT及2D-NMR( HMBC,HSQC)谱等现代渡谱技术,确定了它们的结构,分别为为蓝雪醌(Ⅰ),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅱ),香草乙酮(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ),6,22-dien-3-hydroxy-5,8 -epidioxy-(3β,5α,8β,22E,24R)-stigmasta(V).以上化合物除蓝雪醌外均为首次从角柱花中分离得到.该研究为建立角柱花的药材品质评价标准,为临床用药安全和新药开发提供实验数据.

Based on the study of pharmacognostic characteristics of ceratostigma plumbaginoides bunge, theherb’ s constituents from the petroleum ether - soluble portion in the 95 9 ethanol extract were isolated andpurified respectively by means of chromatography. Five compounds were isolated. And these compounds wereidentifed by modern spectroscopie technology, such as MS, ’H-NMR, "’C-NMR, DEPT and 2D.NMR( HM.BC, HSQC) ete.. They were respectively elucidated as plumbagin ( I ), dis( 2-methylpropyl) ester( l ) ,Acetovanilone( Ⅲ ),β-sitosterol( I),6, 22-dien-3-hydroxy-5,8-epidioxy-(3β, 5a, 8β, 22E,24R)-stig-masta( Y ). Compounds above were isolated for the first time from ceratostigma plumbaginoides bunge exceptplumbagin, The systemalical study provide experimental data for the quality evaluation, clinical use safety andnew medicine development of this specie8.
