摘要:
半刚性基层材料抗冲刷性能差是目前造成水泥混凝土路面板底脱空的主要原因.现行公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范对基层抗冲刷能力仅限于定性建议,而未提出定量指标.通过试验研究提出了水泥混凝土路面半刚性基层材料的组成设计指标与标准建议值,利用灰色系统理论的方法原理,建立水泥稳定碎石28 d冲刷量预测模型和7d强度预测模型.最后,提出基于抗冲刷性能的水泥混凝土路面半刚性基层材料组成设计方法.性能试验结果显示,运用该方法设计的半刚性基层混合料能够达到其设计标准,表明该设计方法可行.
Abstract:
Pavement slab with cavity caused by poor anti-erosion performance of semi - rigid base matcrial isthe main cause leading to damage of cement concrete pavement, Although requirements of the anti-erosion per.formance and stifness of the base material are put forward in the existing design gpecification of cement con.crete pavement, it is only limited within qualitative requirement level. The design index and standard of semi.rigid base material are put forward according to the experiment results and literalure research, Gray systemtheory is used to establish erosion and strength prediction modei of semi-rigid base material, and several pre.dietion formula of erosion and strength are developed, Finally, the material composition design method ofsemi-rigid base based on anti-erosion properties is proposed. Test resuits show that the semi-rgid base de.signed with this design method has good performance.
