摘要:
研究超声波法提取雀儿舌头中多酚物质的最佳工艺条件.通过选择乙醇浓度、超声波功率、料液比、加热温度以及提取时间作为观察因素,以多酚得率为指标进行正交实验.结果表明,超声波提取雀儿舌头中多酚物质的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,功率135 W,料液比1:25,温度70℃,提取时间为70 min.该条件下提取工艺多酚得率高,稳定性好,适用于产业化.
Abstract:
The optimum technological condition by the ultrasonic wave extraction technology of the polyphenolsfrom Leptopus chinensis ( Bunge) Pojark is studied, Through the orthogonal design, we analyse the effect ofethanol concentration, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature , ratio of material to liquid, extraction time onthe polyphenols from Leptopus chinensis ( Bunge) Pojark, The experiment result shows that the optimum ex.tracting condition is ethanol concentration 6096 ,ultrasonic wave power 135 W,ratio of material to liquid 1 :25extraction temperature 70 ℃, , extraction time 70 min. The extracting technology shows higher extraction rate ofpolyphenols, good stability and is feasible for industrial production.
