摘要:
利用换热网络进出口温度之间固有的线性性质,在理论分析的基础上,提出温度传递系数的概念,对换热网络温度波动的影响进行定量分析,从而确定温度波动在系统中的传递性质;计算温度波动在系统中产生的影响,进而获得需要改进换热网络的数据和信息.利用换热网络温度传递系数法计算的实例结果对于指导实际生产具有积极意义.通过温度传递系数可以较为明确地看出哪些影响因素占据主导地位、哪些影响因素较为次要,以方便工程技术人员及时、准确地测控各个影响因素.
Abstract:
The concept of temperature-change sensitivity coefficient was put forward based on the inherentlylinear nature between outlet and inlet temperatures of heat exchanger network and theory analysis.Quantitativeinfluence of temperature fluctuation in the network was carried out in order to examine transmission characterof temperature fluctuation in the system.And the information was obtained for improving heat exchanger network.The case result was obtained by the proposed method,which was of benefit to superviseing production.It can help to find out which factor holds dominant position and which factor is comparatively secondarythrough the coefficients,facilitating engineers to distinguish primary and secondary factors in order to observeand control influence factor accurately.
