摘要:
以1,2-二溴乙烷、N,N-二甲基十烷基叔胺和N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺为原料合成了C10-C2-C12型不对称双季铵盐表面活性剂,考察了原料摩尔比、温度对合成反应的影响,得到合成产品较佳的工艺条件,在此条件下产品收率达90%,含量高于86%.与普通型表面活性剂相比,临界胶束浓度(cmc)低2～3个数量级,具有较高的表面活性.
Abstract:
C10-C2-C12 dissymmetric bis-quaternary ammonium salt surfactant was synthesized with ethylenedibromide，N,N-dimethyldecylamine and N,N-demethyldodecylamine．In order to obtain the better techn·ologcial conditions of synthetic product，the effect of different factors，mole ratio and temperature to syntheticproduct were discussed．In this condition，the yield of product reached 90％and purity quotient of productwas more than 86％．It had the advantage of two or three times lower order of magnitude in the cmc than thetraditional surfactant and exhibited higher surface activity．
