摘要:
以1,2-二溴乙烷、N,N-二甲基十烷基叔胺和N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺为原料合成了C10-C2-C12型不对称双季铵盐表面活性剂,考察了原料摩尔比、温度对合成反应的影响,得到合成产品较佳的工艺条件,在此条件下产品收率达90%,含量高于86%.与普通型表面活性剂相比,临界胶束浓度(cmc)低2~3个数量级,具有较高的表面活性.
Abstract:
C10-C2-C12 dissymmetric bis-quaternary ammonium salt surfactant was synthesized with ethylenedibromide,N,N-dimethyldecylamine and N,N-demethyldodecylamine.In order to obtain the better techn·ologcial conditions of synthetic product,the effect of different factors,mole ratio and temperature to syntheticproduct were discussed.In this condition,the yield of product reached 90%and purity quotient of productwas more than 86%.It had the advantage of two or three times lower order of magnitude in the cmc than thetraditional surfactant and exhibited higher surface activity.
