摘要:
针对不同结构参数的弓形折流板换热器壳程进行数值模拟,计算表明折流板换热器壳程的压降和管表面换热系数随着折流板数目的增加而增加,随着折流板缺口高度的增加而减小;而其综合性能随着折流板数目的增加而减小,随着折流板缺口高度的增加而增加;第一块折流板与管板的距离对压降的影响较小,但对表面换热系数影响相对较大.
Abstract:
Segmental baffle heat exchangers with different internal structures were investigated numerically.The results indicate that both the shell side pressure drop and heat transfer coemcient increase with the in.crease of the quantity of baffles,and decrease with the increase of height of the baffle cut,but the comprehen—sire characteristics decrease with the increase of the quantity of baffles and increase with the increase of heightof the baffle cut.The distance between the first baffle and tube plate has little influence on the pressure dropbut has great influence on the heat transfer coefficient.
