摘要:
将控释肥料的包膜层作为养分释放的控制层一,再假设肥料与土壤水分交界处存在养分释放的控制层二,运用菲克定律,并结合改性的传质双膜论、液膜寿命函数,在球坐标内建立了包膜型控释肥料养分释放的相际传质模型.用拉普拉斯变换法求解模型的传质偏微分方程组,并将拉普拉斯变换与液膜寿命函数结合,无须求拉普拉斯逆变换即得到了养分释放速率的表达式,从而在料的养分传递过程理论基础的同时,也提供了一种在球坐标提供控释肥中求解传质速率的方法.
Abstract:
The envelope film was treated as controlled release film one and the imaginary film at the interfaceof the fertilizer and the water of the soil was treated as controlled release film two.The model of inter masstransfer of nutrition was constructed in spherical C00rdinates based on Fick’S law.combined with improveddouble films theorem of mass transfer and liquid film lire function.The equations system was solved with Laplace transform method and the expression of nutrition release rate was obtained with the unification of Laplacetransform and liquid film life distribution function without the employment of the inverse Laplace transform.The theoretical basis was provided for further research of nutrition release of controlled release fertilizers,meanwhile a method of computing mass transfer rate in spherical coordinates was given.
