摘要:
以生产玉米淀粉的副产品玉米蛋白粉为原料,利用超声波技术,用不同的有机溶剂从玉米蛋白粉中提取玉米黄色素.采用正交试验的方法对提取实验进行优化,用紫外分光光度法将在446 nm处测定提取液的吸光度作为考核指标.结果表明:最佳工艺条件为以95%乙醇作为提取溶剂,提取温度为50℃,超声时间为1.5 h,玉米黄色素与95%乙醇的固液比为1 g:15 mL,pH值为7,提取收率可达8.7%.此工艺路线中所用的方法操作简单,实用性强,收率高.
Abstract:
Using corn gluten powder, a by-product of corn starch production, as raw material, ultrasonic technology is used to extract zeacin from corn gluten powder with different organic solvents. The extraction experiment was optimized by orthogonal test, and the absorbance of the extract solution at 446 nm was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry as the assessment index. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were 95% ethanol as the extraction solvent, the extraction temperature was 50°C, the ultrasonic time was 1.5 h, the solid-liquid ratio of zeazanthin to 95% ethanol was 1 g:15 mL, the pH value was 7, and the extraction yield could reach 8.7%.
