摘要:
以凝胶型强酸性苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂,水解大豆油制备脂肪酸.利用单因素分析法讨论了油水比、催化剂和乳化剂用量对油脂水解反应的影响;分析了水解率随反应时间的变化趋势;利用正交实验考察最佳反应条件.最佳反应条件为:大豆油30 g,水为14 g,离子交换树脂1.5 g,乳化剂0.7 g,反应时间为8 h.该条件下的水解率为72.5%.
Abstract:
Fatty acids were prepared by hydrolysis of soybean oil using gel-type strong acid styrene cation exchange resin as catalyst. The effects of oil-water ratio, catalyst and emulsifier dosage on the hydrolysis reaction of oil were discussed by univariate analysis. The trend of hydrolysis rate with reaction time was analyzed. Orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the optimal reaction conditions. The optimal reaction conditions were: soybean oil 30 g, water 14 g, ion exchange resin 1.5 g, emulsifier 0.7 g, reaction time 8 h. The hydrolysis rate under these conditions was 72.5%.
