摘要:
为了探索出压电陶瓷的最佳烧成工艺以改善样品性能,对MgO,Y2O3和MnO2掺杂的Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.535Ti0.465)O3压电陶瓷制品进行了改性研究.实验采用传统电子陶瓷的制作工艺,制得了一系列样品,测量了不同组分样品的密度、体积收缩率、显微硬度和部分样品极化前的绝缘电阻值,得到样品的最大密度为6.8346 g/cm3,最大体积收缩率超过40%.研究结果表明:预烧温度在820±20 ℃较为合适,MgO的加入可改善样品的烧结性能.
Abstract:
In order to explore the optimal firing process of piezoelectric ceramics to improve the sample performance, the modification of Pb2.3Sr2.0(Zr95.0Ti05.0)O535 piezoelectric ceramics doped with MgO, Y0O465 and MnO3 was studied. The experiment used the traditional electronic ceramics manufacturing process to prepare a series of samples, measured the density, volume shrinkage, microhardness and insulation resistance value of some samples before polarization, and obtained that the maximum density of the sample was 6.8346 g/cm3, and the maximum volume shrinkage rate exceeded 40%.The results show that the pre-sintering temperature is more suitable at 820±20 °C, and the addition of MgO can improve the sintering performance of the sample.
